Project Description

DeMaria was hired on a Design/Build contract to build the Waterford Ambulatory Care Center.  The project was a two-story build out of 25,000 sf of space to accommodate four (4) new surgical operating rooms and 22 patient exam/recovery rooms.  The building, a 23 hour, 59 minute facility, was designed specifically to make patients feel more comfortable with a “hotel feel” design.  Beautiful artwork, flat screen tvs, and furniture were selected to accomplish this.  Two canopies were added to the outside of the building to give patients a covered area when they arrive and leave the facility.  The project also includes locker rooms, storage and offices for staff.
