Project Details
DeMaria completed the renovation of 42 Degrees North, an elegant riverfront venue located in the bustling downtown area of Detroit. This project involved modernizing several key areas of the existing space, including a banquet hall, conference room, bridal venue, pre-function space, and restrooms.
The primary goal of the renovation was to create a contemporary and versatile space that could accommodate a wide range of events and gatherings. The renovated area is now perfectly suited for hosting anything from corporate conferences to elegant weddings.
A crucial aspect of this project was completing the renovation on time to ensure that the Marriott could successfully host events for the Detroit Grand Prix. In spite of some of the challenges this project posed, the renovation was completed on schedule, resulting in a beautiful and modern update to a spacious area that is now perfect for hosting a variety of events.
