Project Description

Town Commons consists of 420 dwelling units, including single-family homes, townhouses, rental apartments, and an assisted living housing center for senior citizens. Retail space of 13,000 square feet is constructed at the entrance with apartment units above on the second and third floors. In addition, a community center serves the people of the neighborhood and residents of surrounding neighborhoods. In conjunction with the City of Howell, the mixed use PUD was designed using Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) principles.
