Diversified Learning Techniques

DeMaria addresses many different needs and learning styles in order to deliver training to employees in the best way possible.

  • Online
    DeMaria has developed online courses that focus on DeMaria-specific knowledge. We also partner with third party vendors to provide online content via the LMS on demand 24/7 to make it accessible anywhere, anytime.
  • Virtual Instructor-Led 
    The demands of the job do not always allow time to participate in a classroom, so we offer virtual live training. This training gives employees an opportunity to participate from their job site, office, or other location, which maximizes training efficiency.
  • In the Classroom
    Classroom-based, in-depth studies provides an opportunity for our employees to learn from each other as well as from subject matter experts from around the company or within our industry. Classroom sessions enable employees to work in small groups on case studies, project assignments, real-world simulations, and other exercises that enhance the learning experience and knowledge retention. We provide tools for learners to help them take what they’ve learned and apply it to their work.
  • On the Job
    Learning occurs every day, all day, and we strongly encourage on-the-job training, both formal and informal, because it is a great way to immediately put new skills into action.
