UHY Detroit

DeMaria partnered with Studio Detroit and Signature Associates on a design-build project for UHY’s new space in Downtown Detroit. The 7,200 square foot space was in a white box condition when the renovation began. The project was completed on a tight, 12-week schedule. The scope of work included a Tubelite glazing system for the offices and conference rooms, a small kitchen area, a copy area, open office space, new flooring, shades, a reception area with a millwork desk, Accufelt feature wall and signage, new HVAC, lighting and fire protection.
