Pre-qualification Process

Fostering enduring partnerships with our trade partners is at the core of our mission, and it all starts with the pre-qualification process. In our commitment to enhancing this process, we utilize TradeTapp. This platform allows us to elevate our pre-qualification and bid management procedures, providing both us and our trade contractors with a seamless and all-encompassing pre-construction experience – from initial qualification through the bidding phase. Qualification is reserved for firms with a proven safety record, relevant experience, and a consistent history of stellar performance.  

Bid Opportunities with DeMaria

All trade contractors will be given an equal and impartial chance to compete for trade contracts, including those not typically awarded to small or disadvantaged businesses.
