Administration Building

After years of virtual meetings and remote working, Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network’s goal was to bring employees back together at a new headquarters location and increase access to behavioral health services for individuals in the area.

DeMaria completed the Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network Administration in collaboration with Tetra Tech Inc. The new headquarters on Woodward Ave was once the Utley Branch Library. This 30,000-square-foot, three-level, two-story building features beautifully historic touches and has been modernized to serve Detroit and Wayne County residents. The renovation included a multi-floor transformation, exterior masonry restorations, infrastructure upgrades, a parking lot addition, site fencing, and site lighting. Every step of the construction process was carefully executed to ensure this building would serve the community for years.
