This new facility will be used to administer and provide inpatient care for the psychiatry residency program. The scope of work included demolition and new construction. As part of the new construction, there is a reception area, lobby, corridor, staff lounge, storage space, bathrooms, janitor closet, MA station, and multiple therapy rooms.
