Project Description

The project involved removing the old marble floor tile and replacing it with new 36”x36” ceramic tile. DeMaria also renovated the guest registration area, restaurant, and bar, installing new millwork, countertops, flooring, electrical work, drywall, and furniture throughout. The renovations were carried out in several phases to ensure the areas remained accessible to guests and staff.
