4th Floor Office Build-Out

DeMaria was hired by UHY Advisors to complete the design-build office build-out of their 4th-floor space. Our team transformed the existing white box into administration offices, conference rooms, an open office, a reception area, a break area, and a game area. Major trades included mechanical, electrical, carpentry, glazing, flooring, painting, lighting, and FP.
