DeMaria has completed the TechTown 4th Floor Build-Out project for Wayne State University and Henry Ford Health System. This construction management project included a build-out of 15,000 sf, including offices, lab space and high-tech research facilities.

Highlights Include:

New x-ray room and dark room

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing

Fire protection

Lab casework

Carpentry

Doors, flooring, painting, and window treatments
