Project Details
DeMaria recently completed the CBRE Marriott “Motor City Pantry” Project.
The Marriott Marketplace is located in the 3rd floor public lobby of the existing Marriott hotel at the Detroit Renaissance Center and serve as a food service outlet for the hotel in both traditional retail sales and food preparation/pick up/delivery which will substitute the traditional “room service” function.
The project totaled 1,345 sf and included the construction of a kitchen and a market grab & go area.
