Project Description

DeMaria recently completed the CBRE Marriott “Motor City Pantry” Project.

The Marriott Marketplace is located in the 3^rd floor public lobby of the existing Marriott hotel at the Detroit Renaissance Center and serve as a food service outlet for the hotel in both traditional retail sales and food preparation/pick up/delivery which will substitute the traditional “room service” function.

The project totaled 1,345 sf and included the construction of a kitchen and a market grab & go area.
