I truly believe DeMaria has a culture of employee recognition where team members feel that their contributions matter, which drives them to perform better knowing they are building something great. Being part of DeMaria also allows me to express our core values on a daily basis, which strengthens our client experience.

DeMaria is a place where you can come to work smiling and leave smiling. The people here make the atmosphere positive. Working here has allowed me to grow and maintain a good work-life balance. As a working parent, that’s extremely important. Being part of a team that makes you feel like family is a very rewarding experience.
