DeMaria Awarded the Urban Science Tenant Improvement Project

DeMaria has been awarded the Tenant Improvement Fit Up project for Urban Science Applications, Inc. The project includes renovation work to the 18th Floor of the Renaissance Center Tower 400.

Work includes: demolition; masonry; rough and finish carpentry; spray applied acoustical treatment; fireproofing repairs; doors/frames/hardware; overhead garage door; glazing; drywall; acoustical treatment ceilings; painting and wallcovering; wet fire protection; mechanical and electrical.
