DeMaria’s EMR decreased to 0.61

DeMaria’s Experience Modification Rate (EMR) has decreased for the sixth (6th) year in a row! The rate decreased from 0.72 to 0.61 due to our employees outstanding performance and safety awareness in 2015. The safety success of DeMaria is due to the guiding principle “Safety Before Production” and having “the Right People in the Right Seat” to execute that passion every day. We maintain our focus on safety everyday to ensure we are doing everything possible to see to it that everyone goes home safely at the end of the day.
