Project Description
DeMaria successfully completed the Weiser Hall Renovation project for the University of Michigan. The project included full renovations to approximately 105,000 sf of the 12-story Weiser Hall (formally known as the Dennison Building), located on UM’s South Campus. Also included within the project is the College of Pharmacy Substation Replacement.
Work included:
– Demolition of existing structures
– HVAC system upgrades
– New masonry and drywall/metal stud walls
– Architectural finishes
– New plumbing work, including natural gas, vacuum, domestic hot and cold water, purified water piping, and drainage, waste and vent plumbing
– Fire protection
– Electrical lighting and power
– Alarm and Telecommunication systems
