Project Description

The project scope involved moving the main campus dialysis unit from the west pavilion to the old Center for Athletic Medicine. The project consisted of a single two-story building on a greenfield site with 20,000 square feet per floor, totaling 40,000 square feet. The first floor houses a full-service dialysis practice, while the second floor was left empty for potential future use.
