Project Details
This project was Phase 2 of the Family Birthing Center at Beaumont’s Hospital, Trenton. The Family Birthing Center scope consisted of renovating 11,500 sf of 24,000 sf project. The scope consisted of a partial demo of the wing, new wall layout, flooring, ceiling, millwork, paint, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, nurse call, HUGS, and access control throughout.
