Project Description

DeMaria was hired by DTE Energy to complete the Blue Stone Office/Service Center in New Milford, PA. The project included the development of a new site for the DTE Gas Line Division. Work included site demolition and land balancing, new building pad, new foundations and structure for a 15,000 sf office building and service center, with a service garage including an overhead crane and new vehicle ports for service vehicles.
