DeMaria is excited to be working with CBRE to complete the Tower Penthouse Roof Repairs project. The scope of work includes replacement of the fireproofing in the penthouses of Towers 100, 200, 300, and 400. Additionally, concrete and metal roof decks in Towers 200 and 300 will also be replaced.
