Project Award - McLaren Medical Lab - DeMaria Building Company

DeMaria has been hired by McLaren to complete the Medical Lab project at their facility in Flint, MI.

The scope of the project includes:

Splitting an existing book case into two pieces and moving the halves into each new office
Demolition of existing carpet and existing 2×4 wood-base bookcase
Installation of a new 2×4 wood base for the existing bookcase
Moving another existing bookcase to different office
Moving some light fixtures to center of their new offices and adding a new switch
Installation of outlets in new walls; installation of new data outlets
Rework of the existing ceiling grid and tile for the new wall
New carpet installation along with new base
Painting new wall and existing walls.
