DeMaria has been awarded the Novi Dialysis project for the Fresenius Medical Care facility in Wixom, MI. The scope of this project includes an interior build-out to create a dialysis center.
Scope of work includes: demolition, carpentry, flooring, paint, millwork, glazing, wall protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
Additionally, DeMaria will self-perform the concrete work.
