Project Award – Detroit Renaissance Center Starbucks

DeMaria has been hired to complete the Landlord work though CBRE for the new Starbucks, located in the former Au Bon Pain space on Level 2, Tower 100 of the Detroit Renaissance Center.

The scope of the project includes: demolition and removal of existing fixtures, cabinets, and millwork; construction of a new fire-rated partition between the Starbucks and the adjacent U.S. Post Office leased space; installation of new MEP connections; removal of all existing flooring; installation of a fire suppression and fire alarm system.
