New Project with GM!

DeMaria has been hired by General Motors to complete renovations to the 7th and 12th floors in Tower 300 of the Detroit Renaissance Center.

Work includes a complete tenant build-out consisting of all trades (Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical including furniture and A/V system). Each floor consists of 16,000 sf and the work will be executed simultaneously to achieve a December 2016 completion date.
