LEED Certification

Our recently completed Butterfield Hall renovation at MSU has been awarded LEED Certification at the GOLD level! The project received this certification due to several practices, including: the recycled demolition debris during construction, energy recovery AHU’s, reclaimed wood, new dorm room windows, electrical upgrades to improve efficiency, and the roofing and exterior repair.
