DeMaria Presents Donation to DZS "Day at the Zoo"

DeMaria’s Annual Charity Golf Classic made a donation to the Detroit Zoological Society in support of their Day at the Zoo Program. Our annual Charity Golf Classic continues to raise money for this wonderful program. The Detroit Zoological Society’s Day at the Zoo (DATZ) program provides educational organizations an opportunity to visit the Detroit Zoo free of charge. The program includes admission for students and chaperones, lunch, tickets to one attraction (4-D Theater, Tauber Family Railroad or Simulator Ride), a transportation stipend based on the number of buses needed, and individualized educational materials. The DATZ program is generously funded by numerous individuals and companies who understand the importance of learning about wildlife and wild places through the unique setting of the Zoo.
