CBRE Beaubien Parking Garage Project

DeMaria has been hired to complete the Beaubien Parking Garage Whitebox project in downtown Detroit. The project scope includes demolition and necessary improvements to create a “whitebox” space within a vacant restaurant space on the first floor of the Beaubien Parking Garage.
