Awarded Project with Beaumont!

DeMaria has been hired by Beaumont Health to complete the Cath Lab #4 Renovation project at the Royal Oak facility. Renovations include the removal of the existing restroom and janitor’s closet and expanding the size of the lab.

New work includes: demolition; lead shielding; drywall; ceilings; paint; tile; wall protection; millwork; doors.

MEP work includes: fire protection; a new split system AC unit; a new air compressor; plumbing; medical gases; lighting, power and low voltage.
