Awarded New Project at the Renaissance Center

DeMaria has been hired to complete the T400-35 Whitebox project for CBRE at the Detroit Renaissance Center. The project includes demolition of partitions, ceilings, doors, frames, and flooring, along with the addition of an open conference room and painting of the existing perimeter and remaining core area.
