Awarded First Floor Psychology Chair Suite Renovation

DeMaria has been awarded the First Floor Psychology Chair Suite Renovation project in the East Hall Building on University of Michigan’s Central Campus. The project includes renovations of 3,700 square feet of existing office suites 1004, 1012, & 1233.

Work includes:

Demolition
New drywall/metal stud walls and partitions
Interior architectural woodwork including casework, countertops, and shelving
New plumbing work; architectural finishes
Infrastructure for telecommunication systems
HVAC system upgrades
