AGC Midweek Briefing: DeMaria Building Company Awarded Two New Projects.

DeMaria is the contractor on the new Administration Building and Education Center at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System Medical Center in Las Vegas. The project includes the construction of a new 79,500 sf, three-story administration building and education center and utility tunnel from the existing Medical Center. The project will be completed as a Joint Venture with Archer Western.

In addition, DeMaria has secured their first project at Michigan State University—renovations to Butterfield Hall, located on the East Lansing Campus. The project scope includes the complete renovation of all major mechanical, electrical, and ventilation upgrades throughout the dormitory. The total contract is valued at $11,944,000.
