Working with Blue Cross Blue Shield

DeMaria has been hired to complete the Restroom Renovations for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. The project includes complete renovations of restrooms on the Lower Level and First Floor of the Tower Support Building in downtown Detroit.

The scope of work includes: new ceilings, new partitions, paint, millwork, new hard tile flooring, new lockers, toilet partitions and toilet accessories, selective demolition, HVAC demolition and replacement, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, and new doors and hardware.
