Project Details
Woodbridge Estates is a 60-acre development built around the last three towers of the former Jeffries West Housing Projects, just west of Wayne State University. The first phase included site infrastructure and construction of 118 duplex, triplex and town home units. The townhomes are panelized construction, 3-story with vinyl siding and brick veneer exterior. The new homes include the latest conveniences and have been designed to mirror the character of the adjacent Woodbridge Historical District.
