Project Award – TDM Administration Building

DeMaria has been hired by Troy Design & Manufacturing (TDM) to complete an interior renovation of approximately 62,000 sf. TDM is consolidating multiple administration buildings into this space.

Interior work includes: demolition; abatement; new finishes; paint; flooring and ceilings; mill work; masonry; doors.

MEP work includes: a new fire protection system; new roof top units; sheet metal duct work; lighting and power to new work stations.
