Project Award – Beech Woods Recreation Center

The City of Southfield has awarded DeMaria the Beech Woods Recreation Center Renovations. The project includes renovation of the existing recreation center, including all architectural finishes, replacement of the flooring of a (3) basketball court gym, removal of the existing elevator and shaft, elevator replacement with a larger elevator, and exterior improvements including a new entrance.
