Project at Detroit’s Renaissance Center

DeMaria has been hired by CBRE to complete renovations on the 18th and 19th floors in Tower 200 of Detroit’s Renaissance Center. The scope of work includes demolition and reconstruction of two complete floors, including: carpentry, painting, carpet/resilient flooring, wet fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, DDC controls, and electrical. The tenant that will occupy the space is GM Financial (GMF), headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas.
