We stay on top of industry developments and work with our industry organizations to maintain high standards of safety and quality.

We are proud to be at the forefront of alternative energy and green initiatives, both in what we build and how we build it. We joined the US Green Building Council in 2007 and have completed many projects that incorporate environmentally sustainable construction, including eight that are LEED-certified or registered.

We are committed to working with veterans, minorities, and women to promote their work in the construction industry. DeMaria liaises with such groups as the Department of Commerce’s Minority Business Development Agency to advance these goals.
