Wayne State University has hired DeMaria to complete the Chemistry Lab 150 renovations. Work includes: demolition of existing casework and one door; drywall infill of the one door; infill and patching of VCT flooring; reworking of door hardware; installation of electrical fed to the room; supply and install of 2 snorkel fume extractors and gas cabinets; orbital welding of piping from gas cabinets to vacuum pumps; fire protection installed in the gas cabinets.
