DeMaria has been hired by McLaren to complete the Medical Lab project at their facility in Flint, MI.
The scope of the project includes:
- Splitting an existing book case into two pieces and moving the halves into each new office
- Demolition of existing carpet and existing 2×4 wood-base bookcase
- Installation of a new 2×4 wood base for the existing bookcase
- Moving another existing bookcase to different office
- Moving some light fixtures to center of their new offices and adding a new switch
- Installation of outlets in new walls; installation of new data outlets
- Rework of the existing ceiling grid and tile for the new wall
- New carpet installation along with new base
- Painting new wall and existing walls.
