DeMaria has recently been awarded four jobs at Beaumont Health’s Royal Oak Campus! Our Team will be providing construction services for the the NICU Formula Prep Room, 4CT Viewing Station, Brachytherapy Door Infill, and the Dictation Room Renovation Projects.
The NICU Formula Prep Room renovations include upgrades to an existing storage room to provide a new anteroom and renovations of the existing formula prep room. Work includes: new steel stud walls, ceiling tile, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and millwork. The project will be completed in two phases
The Beaumont 4CT Viewing Station project includes renovations of an existing equipment room to provide a new patient monitoring room on floor. Work includes: new steel stud walls, lay in ceilings, millwork, mechanical, electrical and fire protection, and coordination of the installation of a new camera system and nurse call. The project will be completed in one phase.
The Brachytherapy Door Infill project includes the installation of a 4′ fire rated metal door, hardware, and frame. Additionally, work includes patch and paint of the surrounding wall, door, and frame.
The Dictation Room Renovation project includes demolition of the existing furniture and existing architectural finishes, removal of the existing carpet flooring, installation of new acrovyn wall protection and a new Corian counter top, and patching and painting walls.
