DeMaria recently won the Mt. Clemens Service Center project for DTE Energy. The project scope includes a complete renovation of the existing Service Center (20,888 sf), a 15,000 sf expansion, along with the construction of a 10,000 sf pre-engineered Building for their truck shelter area.
The project will be completed in 3 phases:
Phase 1: Construction of the new additional along with the renovation of a portion of the existing building
Phase 2: Renovation of the existing building
Phase 3: Site / paving area
