Process Development Center, American Axle & Manufacturing

In 2004, DeMaria built American Axle's new Process Development Center. A renovation to an older warehouse, the new facility was completely gutted and transformed into a new testing facility.

Work included replacing the exterior sheathing, installing high capacity power generation equipment, new administrative offices and a test laboratory.
