Chalmers Wylie Outpatient Clinic, United States Department of Veteran Affairs

In 2005, DeMaria was hired by the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs in a design/build contract to construct the new Wylie Outpatient Clinic in Columbus, OH. Joint venturing with the Chicago-based Walsh Group, the new four-story, 300,000 sf facility is expected to be opened in 2008.

The freestanding addition will feature space for an outpatient psych unit, prosthetics, dialysis, eye exam, dentistry, cardiology, surgery, geriatrics, primary care examination and general administrative areas.
