University Preparatory Academy K-5 Elementary School, Thompson Foundation
In August 2005, DeMaria transformed an 80-year old, brick warehouse into a modern elementary school. Delivered on a fast track schedule, the extensive renovation had to be sequenced so that subcontractors could work expeditiously. In the end, the school was opened on time in September for fall classes. A new gymnasium addition was also constructed and completed in January 2006. |
