New Retail Department Store, Meijer's, Inc.

Built to the immediate north of Belleville, MI, the Meijer's retail store joins other retail outlets that prominently serve the Belleville community. The region is also host to a large acreage of natural wetlands.

Wetland remediation was a significant part of the scope. To accomplish this, a large retention pond was built to the east, behind the new building, and seeded with an assortment of greenery. Within a year, a vibrant wetland was thriving and home to an assortment of wildlife.
