Heilmann Park Middle School, Detroit Public Schools and DPS-PMT, Detroit, Michigan

DeMaria Building Company, in a joint venture with Clark's Construction, was hired as construction manager to build the new Heilmann Park Middle School for Detroit Public Schools. During preconstruction, major subcontractors were selected early to review and uncover any potential problems with executing the project scope. The result was a successful project completed within an aggressive 21-month schedule.
