Administration Building Addition, Detroit Zoological Institute

The Detroit Zoo hired DeMaria to build a two-story, 20,000 sf addition to an existing administration building. The scope also included a renovation to offices within the existing building adjacent to the new addition. Existing phone, electrical, sewer, and water services were relocated to make way for the new addition. Serving as Construction Manager, DeMaria executed the contract with a guaranteed maximum price (G.M.P.).
