Dakota High School, Chippewa Valley Schools
With nearly 400,000 square feet of space, Dakota High School serves the growing educational needs of northern Macomb county. DeMaria overcame significant construction challenges. Low site elevations demanded that the building's foundation be placed on a higher elevation. Material excavated to create a twenty foot deep lake adjacent to the school was used to raise the buildings elevation. |
