DeMaria is quick to value and recognize each other's contributions. The objective of this program is to reward employees and teams for their contributions. Opportunities for Improvement (OFI) is a structured program through which all employees may submit their ideas. |

Internal Teams
A series of internal teams exist within DeMaria. Each volunteer team is strongly embraced by employees and assists in establishing direction for DeMaria. Example teams include the Opportunities for Improvement (OFI) Steering Team, Social & Entertainment Team, Safety Team, and Systems Integration Team. |
